Do I get an order confirmation?
After placing an order with COVET you will automatically be sent a confirmation email to let you know your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘junk’ folder, it may be there.
Returns and Exchanges
At Covet we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you find that your purchase doesn’t fit properly or isn’t quite what you had in mind please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will happily exchange it or issue you a store credit. Any returns or exchanges are your responsibility. They must be returned promptly in new condition, with no odours and tags attached. Footwear cannot have scuff marks on the sole.
FREE SHIPPING in Canada
After we have shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Your order should reach you within 4 days -2 weeks.
For international orders outside of Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote.
