Here are some FAQ’s that may be helpful:

Do I get an order confirmation?
After placing an order with COVET you will automatically be sent a confirmation email to let you know your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘junk’ folder, it may be there. Allow 1-3 Days For processing.

Returns and Exchanges
At Covet we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you find that your purchase doesn’t fit properly or isn’t quite what you had in mind please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will happily exchange it, issue you a store credit or refund you ( less the shipping you may have paid). Any returns or exchanges are your responsibility. They must be returned promptly(Canada Post Preferred to Address below) in new condition, with no odours and tags attached. Footwear cannot have scuff marks on the sole and be in original packaging with no damage. Please Note if package is sent COD it will not be accepted.

Damaged Items
We do our best to make sure All items are inspected and shipped in pristine condition, however if you feel you have received a damaged or flawed item please contact us immediately. If you do not contact us about the issue within 3 days of receiving it we will unfortunately be unable to help you with the issue.

Fulfillment Of Order-Our inventory may be subject to change, despite our best efforts to keep inventory accurate sometimes things grow legs and walk away. This rarely happens but in the event that it does, you will be notified shortly after placing your order and you will be refunded for the payment amount  with a heartfelt apology.
