What are my payment options?
We accept Visa and Mastercard through Paypal. You will need to provide all your shipping information, contact info and a photocopy of your credit card (both sides) with a signature authorizing a payment for your purchase.
Is your website secure?
The security of personal information is a high priority for us. We have taken great measures to ensure your information is private.
Do I get an order confirmation?
Within 24 hours of placing an order with COVET you will be sent a confirmation email to let you know your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘junk’ folder, it may be there.
At Covet we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you find that something is damaged or doesn’t fit properly please contact us immediately to let us know. We will pay for the initial shipping but any returns are your responsibility. Returns may be done within 30 days of initial purchase, a full refund will be issued less the S&H charges.
Standard local shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 within Canada- excluding remote areas ie; NWT. There may be an additional charge if package is abnormally heavy or large, a note will appear on these product pages. We do complimentary drop shipping to these parts of Vancouver Island…. Tofino, Ucluelet, Port Alberni, Qualicum, Parksville and Nanaimo. For shipping outside of Canada please contact us for a quote. After we have shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Your order should reach you within 4 days -2 weeks.
